Educational Forums provide an opportunity to discuss and raise awareness of public affairs issues, to bring community members together, and to meet civic leaders. Examples of past forums include:

  • Asian Americans and Politics: An INSIDER's View
  • 2002 New York State Gubernatorial Candidates Forum
  • Asian American Perspectives on Reporting, Rebuilding, and Reflecting after 9/11, discussion of how 9/11 events have uniquely impacted our community
  • The World Cup and Dog-Eating, a panel discussion on media representation of the Korean American community
  • Differences in Unity, an event sharing the personal messages of diversity among the 2nd generation Korean American community
  • Shining the Light - Asian Americans Making a Difference Today, event honoring Korean American community leaders
